1. How do I use your Part Search utility?
We have made searching our inventory fast and easy from anywhere on our site. On the top side or left side of any web page, the Part Search box will appear. Simply enter your part number and click “Search (GO)”. You will get a set of results; locate the part you are looking for. Then you can submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a sales associate will contact you shortly with price and delivery.
* Search Tips *
All part numbers or keyword must be at least 3 characters long.
Due to the number of lines in our inventory database, and the extended nature of our search, we require at least three (3) alpha-numeric characters to be entered.
How do I limit the number of results returned?
The more specific you are about your part, the more accurately matched the results will be. For instance, if you only enter the first four characters of your part number, your results will probably include many variations of the part you are looking for. If you extend your search criteria to the first six (6) characters, or even the entire part number, your results will be much more exact.
My search is not returning any results. What do I do now?
1) Make sure part number is spelled correctly.
2) Try fewer or different keywords.
If you have tried searching our inventory and your part just does not seem to be there, you may still Request a Quote online or Send Email directly to us. Our sales team will work hard to source your request parts, even if the parts you are looking for is not listed in our database.
2. How do I send RFQ to you?
Our Request Quote Process is very simple so that we don't interrupt your busy schedule. There are three ways for you to send your RFQ.
1, Locate the part then send RFQ
Search for a part using the Search Box located on the top side or left side of any web page. Type part number you are looking for, click “Search (GO)” button, then you will see search results in our database.
If parts are found,
1) Please select the “check box” for the part(s) you wish to place an RFQ for, or click the part number links or "View" button to go to the product detail page, then click "Request a Quote" button.
Or click "Inquiry" button directly
2) Enter the contact& part information, click the "Send RFQ" button
If no parts are found,click the "Request a Quote" button to fill out the Request Quote Form.
2, Fast RFQ/ Quick RFQ
1) Enter a part number, request quantity, and your email into the Get a Quote form on the top left side of any web page, and click the "Request a Quote" button.
2) Fill out and submit the Request Quote form.

Please click the “Request Quote” on the navigation bar above, then enter the contact& part information, click the "Send RFQ" button
After submitting the Request Quote Form, your RFQ is delivered directly to a sales representative who will determine product availability and pricing quickly and efficiently. You will quickly receive an email with detailed pricing and delivery information.

3. Can I order online?
No, we don’t sell directly off our website, since we deal with discontinued and obsolete electronic components, the market price can change day to day depending on supply and demand. So we ask you to email us at rantle-east@vip.163.com or submit a Request for Quote via our website and one of our sales associate will contact you with price and delivery promptly.

5. What is the warranty on the parts you sell?
All parts sold by Rantle East Electronic carry a 30 day form, fit and function guarantee. All our parts come with our own Certificate of Conformance that guarantees the parts will meet all of the manufactures specifications. If the parts you receive don’t meet the form, fit and function specs of the manufacturer, we will replace the parts or refund your money. Our policy is: If the parts are rejected on incoming inspection for non-functional reasons, you need to contact us within 5 business days to request an RMA. If you have any failures or problems with the parts during production, installation or testing, please fill out the RMA Request Form and send email to us. We guarantee the quality for 30 days since the parts were shipped. The buyer will be full responsible for all consequences and expenses exceeding the time limit. We don’t be responsible for the any consequence and result caused by natural environment or contrived damage, such as wrong operation.
6. What is your price matching policy?
We guarantee that we will meet or beat any reasonable price. We understand that you have many options in the independent distributor market, but we want to be your strategic partner all purchases. So if you are offered a better quote than ours, please contact us and allow us to see if we can meet or beat your best price. This way you get the price you want and the Rantle East Electronic quality and customer service you have come accustomed to.
7. How do I know the parts will be what I order?
Our Quality Assurance team carefully inspects the parts received for quality and accuracy per your order. Any discrepancies result in the products being returned to the supplier at no expense to you.
8. How long is my quote good for?
The quote you receive from us is good for 48 hours, since we deal with discontinued and obsolete electronic components, the market price can change day to day depending on supply and demand. In most cases if you come back in 3-10 days and the parts that we quoted you are still available we can honor our quote. In other cases you might come back to order the parts and the lot of parts we were offering have been sold. We advise you to let our sales associate know when you plan on buying the parts and we can look at putting a hold on them until you are able to issue a hard copy purchase order.
9. Can I get net terms?
We have a great number of customers ranging from ongoing repeat customers to one-time buyers. Net Terms can be extended to repeat customers following successful payment history with us.
10. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer and PayPal, please contact us for details.

11. How is this business profitable?
Our business model is simple - We buy at a price slightly lower than the price for which we sell.
12. How long before delivery from the point I place order?
Suppliers ship directly to our fulfillment/QA center. In most cases, parts are received in the morning and shipped in the afternoon. Inventories from domestic suppliers are usually delivered within 3 days after we receive your order. International suppliers require 7-10 days.
13. Can you ship on our UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL account?
Yes, we can ship your order to any location you desire and are able to ship it using your courier account to ensure you get your negotiated rates.
If you don’t have any courier account (freight collect), we can ship the parts on prepaid and add the shipping fee to the total amount of invoice. Shipping fee depends on weight of the goods (parcel) you order and the country where it is sent to. So please you advise us your country, city and your local post code, and then we check the shipping fee for you.
We will advise the tracking numbers to you as soon as we make the shipment. You may use the tracking number to view the status of your order.
14. How to know the status of the parcel you ship to us?
You could use our online “Tracking Shipment” on the lower left corner of any web page. It is the fastest way to find out where the parcel is.
Please Enter the tracking number you get from us and select a Forwarder (such as FedEx, DHL etc.), then click “Track” button. You would get the real-time details of the shipment’s progress on the way to its destination.
